THE PRIZE

Another one-page comic done for a sequential workshop on a forum I frequent.

I did the script, and and Juan Fleites were supposed to give their own interpretations (although Juan didn't have time to put the dialogues since his computer was crashed by a virus). This image is posted with the permission of the artists, who did an excellent job as you can see.

A translation of the dialogues would go like this:

PANEL 1.

Narrator (1): THE LEGEND TOLD THAT THE DRAGON WAS THE STRONGEST AMONGST ITS SPECIES.

Narrator (2): IT ALSO SAID THAT, WERE THE BEAST DEFEATED, LIKE PURE MAGIC IT WOULD APPEAR OUT OF NOWHERE A PATH TO THE PIT WHERE WAS TRAPPED…


PANEL 2.
Narrator: THE MOST BEAUTIFUL PRINCESS IN THE WHOLE WORLD…


PANEL 3.

Narrator: ALAS, THE LEGEND NEVER WARNED THAT THE AFOREMENTIONED PRINCESS WAS A BRAINLESS MORON WITH VERBAL INCONTINENCE.

Princess (1): OH, BUT YOU SHOULD HAVE SEEN IT! THE CURTAINS OF MY CELL WERE SUCH A MESS!

Princess (2): THEY DIDN’T MATCH MY DRESS! SO I HAD TO IMAGINE THAT THEY WERE PINK…

Princess (3): MORE SO, IF SOMEONE WOULD HAVE ASKED ME I’D HAVE USED A FAIRY’S FLOWER PATTERN MIXED WITH…



Un cómic más de una página, hecho para un taller de secuencias organizado en un foro que frecuento.

Yo hice el script, y y Juan Fleites debían dar su propia interpretación de ese guión (aunque Juan no pudo entregarlo con diálogos pues su compu fue invadida por virus). La imagen está posteada con permiso de los artistas, con cuyo trabajo quedé muy contento pues hicieron un gran trabajo.
